Howl's moving Castle by Lotusdatasept Howl's moving Castle by Lotusdatasept
I worked FOREVER on this drawing, i really wanted to make it look nice and detailed but then I really needed practice on the coloring and stuff. I mostly done it on this drawing, so i keep on changing my mind on how i wanted it to look at the end. I'm not completely satisfied by the final result so I might put a upgrade version of it later.
I'd really like to know how to make the illusion that the background is really apart from the character, if you got any advices, please dont be shy to tell me.

Howl & Calcifer (c) howl's moving castle movie of the Studio Ghibli/Hayao Miyazaki

Hoooly freakin' hell this is amazing, the detail on the background is so complex I don't think I'm even really noticing everything that's there, but the coloring is super nice as well, especially on his hands but also on his hair and the back of his cape... :iconwooowplz:

you did a very good job; and I admire all of the detail you put into the picture, the compesition is also very well done! However in a word of advise i would, in the future make the fire's eyes a little the bright. I understand that Miyazaki- Chan drew hin likt that but it does'nt fit in with the style of the rest of the picture. But, and i'll say this agian, it's a very well done pictue!
